- In case of state mourning the show will not be organized and money will be refunded.
- In case of huge crowd, 2nd show will be organized from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM, but the tickets for that show will be available on the spot itself.

- Entry for the online tickets will start from 6:15 PM and due to traditional seating arrangement it is based on first come first seat.
- Entry will be only through the tickets purchased through the Dharohar website or on the spot

- We have traditional seating arrangement, so there is no fixed seat number.
- Refund will be given for the tickets cancelled 48 hours prior to the show
- In rainy season, despite of having an open area for the show, we have comfortable arrangements but if it rains suddenly during the show then the decision regarding continuation or cancellation of the show will be taken by the management as per the situation. If the show gets cancelled then the money will be refunded.
